The Children and Family Faith Formation (RE) is a successful ministry because of faithful and talented group of volunteers. If you feel called to volunteer your time for Our Lady of Mt. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Process
Lead Catechist All Levels: Have 80 hours of instruction for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd per Level I AND Level II Able to commit to schedule classes September - May 18 years old and older

Assistants for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd: Able to commit to schedule classes September - May, 5th grade age or older.

"Big Sunday" Children's Liturgy of the Word
Now Forming Teams. A once a month commitment, Join Us! Needed Dads to lead the children ages Preschool - 4th grade during the 9:00 a.m. Mass to hear the Sunday Readings, Homily reflection, profession of faith and the Prayers of the Faithful in a way they can understand. Time Commitment September - May. Do you know: If the father is non-practicing and mother regular, only 2 percent of children will become regular worshipers, and 37 percent will attend irregularly. Over 60 percent of their children will be lost completely to the church.

Beginning April 3, 2011, Monthly Children's Mass at 9:00 a.m.
Now forming a Children's Ministry of; Lectors, Greeters and Gift bearers Children ages Kindergarten - 8th grade are encourage to Serve. Please see the Children's Ministries Webpage for training dates and more information
