Youth & Young Adult Formation
Thank you for your interest in OLMC’s Youth Formation. Culture has a significant impact on young people. Therefore, our mission is to build a youth culture centered on Christ. To learn more or get involved, contact staff member on the right hand side of this page.
OLMC offers a nine-month program for students in grades 7-12 wanting to receive Baptism, First Holy Communion/Reconciliation, and Confirmation. To begin the registration process, please fill out the downloadable form below and email it to todd@olmctempe.com no later than August 19 (forms can also be submitted at the parish office). * Students who are already baptized but want to receive Holy Communion and Confirmation will enroll in this program.
*Students only needing Confirmation will enroll in this program but need not attend the nine-month duration. Details for Confirmation-only applicants will be discussed once a registration form is completed.
