Youth Formation
All high school students are invited and encouraged to attend XLT, a powerful night of prayer with Catholic teens from all over the valley. Transportation will be provided. We'll convene at OLMC parking lot at 6pm and return at 845pm. Please rsvp with todd@olmctempe.com to reserve a spot.

Teen Sacramental Preparation
OLMC offers a nine-month program for students in grades 7-12 wanting to receive Baptism, First Holy Communion/Reconciliation, and Confirmation. To begin the registration process, please fill out the downloadable form below and email it to todd@olmctempe.com no later than August 19th (forms can also be submitted at the parish office). If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact todd@olmctempe.com. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to meeting you soon.
*Students who are already baptized but want to receive Holy Communion and Confirmation will enroll in this program
*Students only needing Confirmation will enroll in this program but need not attend the nine-month duration. Details for Confirmation-only applicants will be discussed once a registration form is completed.
